Flat-Fee Immigration Services

At Burt & Cleveland, P.C., we believe in clarity and fairness. Below is a breakdown of our most commonly requested immigration services and flat fees. These fees do not include USCIS filing fees or third-party costs. Final pricing may vary based on case complexity, and all clients must complete a consultation before a fee is confirmed. We believe that everyone is entitled to good legal work. When needed, we try to make payment plans that will work for you.

Green Card – Adjustment of Status (I-485) with Concurrent Visa Petition

Fee: $4,500
Example: A U.S. citizen petitions for their foreign spouse, who is already in the U.S. and eligible to adjust status.
Includes:

  • Preparation and filing of I-130 & I-485

  • Work permit and travel permit applications

  • USCIS correspondence

  • Interview prep and attendance

Discounted by $1,500 if the applicant entered on a K-1 fiancé(e) visa.

Green Card – Consular Processing (Outside the U.S.)

Fee: $2,500
Example: A U.S. citizen files for their spouse who lives abroad and will complete processing through the U.S. embassy in their home country.
Includes:

  • I-130 petition and affidavit of support

  • Support for consular forms

  • Communication with the National Visa Center and embassy

Green Card – Visa Petition Only (No Adjustment Yet)

Fee: $2,500
Example: A lawful permanent resident files an I-130 for their sibling or adult child who must wait for a visa to become available before applying for a green card.
Includes:

  • Full preparation and filing of I-130 petition

  • USCIS correspondence and tracking

Green Card – I-130 for Spouse in Removal Proceedings

Fee: $3,000
Example: A noncitizen in immigration court is married to a U.S. citizen and needs an I-130 petition filed before seeking relief in court.
Includes:

  • I-130 petition and documentation

  • Communication with USCIS and ICE counsel

  • Fraud waiver preparation if needed due to marriage during removal proceedings

Removal of Conditions – Joint Filing (I-751)

Fee: $2,750
Example: A married couple files jointly to remove conditions on a 2-year green card after remaining married for two years.
Includes:

  • Full preparation of I-751

  • USCIS response handling

  • Interview attendance is an additional $500 if required

Removal of Conditions – Waiver-Based (Good Faith/Abuse/Divorce/Death)

Fee: $3,500
Example: A spouse who divorced or was abused during the 2-year conditional green card period applies to remove conditions alone.
Includes:

  • Petition preparation with detailed supporting evidence

  • Interview prep

  • Interview attendance is an additional $500

Fiancé(e) Visa (K-1) – Consular Processing

Fee: $4,500
Example: A U.S. citizen files for their fiancé(e) abroad to come to the U.S. for marriage within 90 days of arrival.
Includes:

  • I-129F petition

  • Guidance through consular process

  • USCIS and embassy communication

K-2/K-3 Visa for Child of Fiancé(e)

Fee: $4,500
Example: A U.S. citizen is sponsoring both their fiancé(e) and the fiancé(e)'s minor child to enter the U.S.
Includes:

  • Separate visa petition and documentation for the child

  • Support through consular stage

  • Does not include green card process after entry

VAWA – Violence Against Women Act Petition (I-360)

Fee: $3,000
Example: You were abused by a U.S. citizen or LPR spouse and need to self-petition for status.
Includes:

  • I-360 VAWA petition and supporting documents

  • Work permit request (after approval)

  • USCIS correspondence
    Green card filing (I-485 + I-765/I-131): $1,500 additional

Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition (I-730)

Fee: $2,300
Example: You were granted asylum or refugee status and want to bring your spouse or child to the U.S.
Includes:

  • I-730 petition per family member

  • USCIS communication and document tracking

Defensive Asylum / Withholding / CAT – Removal Proceedings

Fee: $7,500
Example: You are in deportation proceedings and fear returning to your home country.
Includes:

  • I-589 preparation

  • Work permit request

  • Court representation at master and merits hearings

  • Case preparation and strategy

Certificate of Citizenship (N-600)

Fee: $2,500
Example: Your child automatically became a U.S. citizen through your naturalization and you want proof for their passport or documentation.
Includes:

  • Preparation and filing of N-600

  • Submission of supporting evidence

  • USCIS correspondence
    Interview attendance, if required, is an additional $500

Affirmative Asylum (I-589 – Not in Court)

Fee: $6,000
Example: You’re not in removal proceedings but fear returning to your country due to persecution and want to apply directly with USCIS.
Includes:

  • Preparation and filing of I-589

  • Personal statement and country evidence

  • Work permit application

  • Interview preparation and attendance

U Visa – Victim of Crime (I-918)

Fee: $3,500
Example: You were the victim of a qualifying crime (like domestic violence or assault), helped police, and are now applying for immigration protection.
Includes:

  • U Visa application and Supplement B

  • Work permit request

  • USCIS correspondence

  • I-192 waiver (if required): $500 extra

  • Derivatives (each): $1,000 extra

TN Visa – NAFTA Professional (Canada/Mexico)

Fee: $2,500
Example: You are a qualified Canadian or Mexican citizen offered a job in a TN-eligible field like engineering or teaching.
Includes:

  • Application prep and supporting documentation

  • Border interview guidance or USCIS petition

  • Employer consultation and strategy

Waiver – I-601 (Inadmissibility Waiver)

Fee: $5,000
Example: You’re applying for a green card but were previously found inadmissible due to fraud, unlawful presence, or certain crimes.
Includes:

  • I-601 waiver package with affidavits and evidence

  • USCIS and embassy follow-up

Waiver – I-601A (Provisional Waiver)

Fee: $4,000
Example: You’re adjusting status through a consular interview and need forgiveness for unlawful presence before you leave the U.S.
Includes:

  • I-601A waiver package

  • Evidence of hardship

  • USCIS communication

Waiver – I-212 (Permission to Reapply After Deportation)

Fee: $4,000
Example: You were previously deported and now seek legal reentry with a waiver of your prior removal.
Includes:

  • I-212 application

  • Legal argument and supporting evidence

  • USCIS or consular filing and follow-up

Waiver – I-212(d)(3) and/or I-192 (Nonimmigrant Waivers)

Fee: $3,500
Example: You are inadmissible but want to temporarily enter the U.S. as a visitor, worker, or student.
Includes:

  • I-192 or I-212(d)(3) preparation

  • Supporting documents

  • Border or consulate guidance

Waiver – I-601 + I-212 Combo (Filed Abroad)

Fee: $6,500
Example: You were deported and also have other inadmissibility issues, and need to file both waivers together.
Includes:

  • Preparation of both I-601 and I-212 applications

  • Full legal documentation and support

  • USCIS and embassy communication

Waiver – J-1 Foreign Residency Waiver

Fee: $2,800
Example: You participated in a J-1 exchange program and are subject to the two-year foreign residency rule, but want to waive it.
Includes:

  • Waiver application and documentation

  • Liaison with Department of State

  • Extreme hardship basis: add $1,200 for preparation of hardship packet

Voluntary Departure Request – In Court

Fee: $2,250
Example: You want to leave the U.S. voluntarily instead of receiving a removal order.
Includes:

  • Preparation of voluntary departure application

  • Representation at Master Calendar Hearings

Cancellation of Removal – For LPR or Non-LPR

Fee: $6,500 (LPR) / $7,500 (Non-LPR)
Example: You’ve lived in the U.S. for many years and face removal, but your U.S. citizen family would suffer hardship.
Includes:

  • Cancellation application

  • Adjustment of Status (if applicable)

  • Work permit request

  • Court representation

  • Preparation for Merits Hearing

Cancellation of Removal – Under VAWA

Fee: $6,000
Example: You’re in court and were abused by a U.S. citizen/LPR family member.
Includes:

  • VAWA-based cancellation application

  • Adjustment of Status and work permit request

  • Master and merits hearing representation

NACARA – Special Rule Cancellation (I-881)

Fee: $4,500
Example: You are from a qualifying Central American country and may be eligible under NACARA.
Includes:

  • NACARA application

  • Work permit request

  • Court appearances

  • Preparation for cancellation hearing

Adjustment of Status – INA § 245 / 245(i) / 249 – In Court

Fee: $6,500
Example: You qualify to adjust status under special provisions while in removal proceedings.
Includes:

  • I-130 (if applicable)

  • I-485 or I-485A filing in court

  • Supporting evidence

  • Work permit and court representation

Motion to Change Venue

Fee: $1,200
Example: You want to move your immigration case to a court closer to where you live.
Includes:

  • Motion preparation and filing

  • Supporting evidence for change of location

Prosecutorial Discretion Request (PD Request)

Fee: $2,000
Example: You request that ICE close or dismiss your case for humanitarian or policy reasons.
Includes:

  • Preparation of PD packet

  • Filing with ICE/OPLA

  • Follow-up communications

Motion to Reopen or Reconsider

Fee: $6,500
Example: You missed court or received a denial and now want to reopen your case with new evidence or legal error.
Includes:

  • Motion to Reopen or Reconsider

  • Supporting exhibits and arguments

  • Does not include new applications or filings (I-485, EAD, etc.)

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)

Fee: $2,000
Example: You entered the U.S. as a child and meet the qualifications for DACA protection and work authorization.
Includes:

  • DACA application

  • Work permit request

  • USCIS correspondence

Work Authorization (EAD) – Standalone

Fee: $500
Example: You already qualify for a work permit and just need help filing the I-765.
Includes:

  • I-765 preparation and submission

  • USCIS follow-up

Travel Document (I-131) – Advance Parole / Re-Entry Permit

Fee: $500
Example: You need to leave the U.S. temporarily and return safely under DACA, asylum, TPS, or permanent residency.
Includes:

  • Form I-131 application

  • USCIS correspondence

Appeal to Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)

Fee: $9,000
Example: You lost your case in immigration court and wish to appeal to the BIA.
Includes:

  • Review of judge’s decision and transcript

Temporary Protected Status (TPS)

Fee: $2,500
Example: You are from a TPS-designated country like El Salvador or Venezuela and want to apply for protection and work authorization.
Includes:

  • USCIS correspondence

FOIA Request (Freedom of Information Act)

Fee: $750
Example: You want to review your full immigration record from USCIS, CBP, or ICE before filing a new case.

Advance Parole – For TPS or DACA Holders

Example: You hold TPS or DACA and want to travel outside the U.S. and return legally.

F-1 Reinstatement Request

Fee: $2,500

Motion to Reconsider (I-290B – USCIS)

Example: USCIS denied your application and you believe it was a legal or factual error.

Consular Interview Preparation – Stand-Alone
